Erich tem as suas raízes na música, paixão que herdou dos pais. Durante e após os seus estudos musicais, alcançou grande sucesso nacional e internacional como produtor musical, trabalhando também como organizador de eventos.
O Sr. Gibson vive e trabalha no Algarve desde 1996 e abriu a primeira loja de mobiliário de design contemporâneo em 1998. A partir de 2006, dedicou-se também ao mercado imobiliário, uma vez que casas e localizações privilegiadas sempre foram a sua grande paixão. Assim, foi natural que, nos anos seguintes, os serviços relacionados com o mercado imobiliário se expandissem continuamente.
Hoje, o Grupo Gibson é uma empresa que oferece aos clientes todos os serviços, desde a compra de uma casa ou propriedade, arquitetura e possível execução de um projeto de construção, até design de interiores ou manutenção de jardins. E tudo isso em um só lugar!

Born and raised in the north of Portugal, she decided to start a new chapter in 2014 and travelled to the Algarve. The sun, the beach and the quality of life never let her leave this seaside paradise.
After graduating in business administration and tax accounting, she worked in hotel management for several years, as she has always been fascinated by human and cultural contacts. She acquired various certified training courses in marketing, digital marketing and image processing.
With a great sense of responsibility and a focus on achieving goals, she is also the cheerful and free spirit of the team.
She loves travelling, spending time at the beach and cycling.

Hugo Empis

Hugo’s professional career began in 2000, at one of the largest worldwide office equipment store, taking on a salesman position. Later on, Hugo got a training certificate, and started working as a computer trainer, teaching people from the basic to the advanced level. On 2006, came the opportunity to work at one of the Iberian Peninsula’s most important transport and logistics company, as the Algarve area manager. The real estate consultant opportunity appeared at a life changing moment. Hugo speaks Portuguese as the main language, English and Spanish as secondary languages.
As hobbys, Hugo likes most sports, movies and music.

Lavi Palma

Born and raised till the age of 12 in a small village in Bayern - Germany, Lavi is daughter of an Italian mother and a "typically Portuguese father", which gives her this special open personality and creativity. From an early age Lavi was involved in different cultures, smells, flavors, textures and colors. Speaking 3 languages from cot, she added English, Spanish and French, Lavi landed in the Algarve to study Tourism and Hotel Management in which area she was happy for several years. But Lavi’s free spirit was yelling for both - a Challenge & Change and she ended up right between bricks & stones in a Building Company in Quinta do Lago. There she collected all her know-how of Project Management and the step into Interior Design to release & develop her creativity was so short that she ended up graduating in Interior Design in 2008. Integrating into the Gibson Group is for Lavi her next step into growth & development and will to roll up her sleeves and… Action.
In her free time, action is mandatory too, such as cycling, kayaking, walking her dogs & being with Friends & Family.

Jessica Rodrigues

Jéssica comes from the beautiful Algarve region. She spent the first 15 years of her life surrounded by the unique beach environment. The sound of the sea has always been a constant companion, and this connection with nature has sparked in her a deep appreciation for the tranquility that the ocean provides. At a young age, Jéssica discovered her passion for architecture and interior design, finding in building games like Sims a way to unleash her creativity and her dream of designing and decorating spaces.
In her early years, she also developed a strong interest in theater, which led her to move to the city and study this art during high school. However, her passion for design and creating environments led her to pursue a more technical path. Jéssica attended university, where she specialized in 2D and 3D design for architecture and civil engineering, a choice that allowed her to combine artistic flair with technical rigor.
Over time, her love for drawing and designing in 3D grew into a true passion, enabling her to explore the creation of hyper-realistic images, where every detail comes to life. The photorealism in her projects is one of the aspects that excites her the most, as it merges her technical skills with the desire to convey a realistic and captivating vision of her concepts.
After completing her studies, Jéssica built a diverse career, working in various fields such as architecture, interior design, and kitchen design. Her versatility and passion for what she does have led her to a new challenge, and she is currently part of the Gibson Group team, an opportunity she embraced with enthusiasm.
In her free time, Jéssica cherishes the moments spent with friends and family, and loves to go for walks with her inseparable ferrets, who bring her joy and moments of relaxation. Creative, passionate, and full of adventure, Jéssica continues to write her own story, always seeking new challenges and opportunities to express herself through art, design, and visual realism.

Rita Casanova

Driven by a passion for detail and the creation of unique environments, Rita is the newest addition to our Design team.
Born and raised in Faro, her creativity was shaped from an early age by the tranquility and inspiration of nature and the sea. This environment helped spark her interest in interior design, where she found great pleasure in decorating spaces and exploring her passion for the field.
During high school, Rita pursued a course in Design and Communication, and in 2024, she completed her degree in Interior Design at the Lisbon School of Design. Her previous professional experience in customer-facing roles was instrumental in developing essential skills such as effective communication, organization, and a strong sense of teamwork.
Rita is now enthusiastically embracing the new challenge of joining Grupo Gibson. Her goal is to apply her technical knowledge, creativity, and dedication to develop unique and functional interior design projects.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking her dogs, crocheting, and traveling.

Victor Marques
constructor - engineer
Born and raised in a city near Paris in France until he was 10 years old, as the son of Portuguese parents. He usually says that he was born on construction sites, as his father and uncles were builders, and from a young age he got used to visit the building sites of his relatives.
In 1997 he Graduated in Civil Engineering, and has various trainings in the area of Urban Rehabilitation. Being in construction for 24 years Vitor is the owner of a company, which is specialized in Construction and Rehabilitation of buildings, having already built more than 100 homes and more than 500 renovation work carried out.
Since a longer time he fullfills a close and constant collaboration with GIBSON Group's projects, that we are now pleased to announce this partnership with Victor Marques.
In his free time Victor loves traveling with his family, going for walks, enjoying nature and always dedicates time on his personal development.

With great responsibility he takes care of our customers’ homes and our companies. His deep technical knowledge, makes him an indispensable person. Roman speaks fluent Portuguese, Russian and also English.
During his free time he likes to be with his family and has great passion for his granddaughter.
