Erich has his roots in music, which his parents gave him in his cradle. After and during his music studies, he celebrated great national and international success as a music producer and also worked as an event manager at the same time.
Mr. Gibson has been living and working in the Algarve since 1996 and opened the first contemporary design furniture store in 1998. From 2006 onwards he also dedicated himself to the real estate business, as houses and great locations have always been his great passion. It was only all too consistent in the following years that the services relating to the real estate business were continually expanded. 

Today, the Gibson Group is a company that offers customers all services from the purchase of a house or property, architecture, and the possible implementation of a construction project to interior design or garden maintenance . And all of this from a single source!    

Born in the south of Germany, Conny has a degree in economics. Conny fell in love with the Algarve 30 years ago and has never left, working in the property and tourism sector. Today, she considers the profession of real estate agent as a vocation, which she practices every day with passion, love, hard work and tireless dedication. Her cheerful nature and enthusiasm makes it easy for her to make connections! For Conny, it's the people who really matter. She has completed extensive training in personal development. 
Her mother tongue is German and she speaks fluent Portuguese and English. 

She loves nature and the beach, sports, travelling, cooking for family and friends, music, concerts and books.

Born and raised in the Algarve, Chanel has a degree in Political Science and International Affairs.
Her experience in International Sales and Designer Management has allowed her to explore and amplify the beauty of connections around the world. Her experience in building international markets, organising major events and building communities goes hand in hand with the real estate industry. Chanel uses her passion, enthusiasm and people skills to promote and expand the international network of the Gibson Group. She is fluent in Portuguese, German, English and Spanish.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing various types of sport, spending time in nature and travelling.

Born and raised in a city near Paris in France until he was 10 years old, as the son of Portuguese parents. He usually says that he was born on construction sites, as his father and uncles were builders, and from a young age he got used to visit the building sites of his relatives.
In 1997 he Graduated in Civil Engineering, and has various trainings in the area of Urban Rehabilitation. Being in construction for 24 years Vitor is the owner of a company, which is specialized in Construction and Rehabilitation of buildings, having already built more than 100 homes and more than 500 renovation work carried out.

Since a longer time he fullfills a close and constant collaboration with GIBSON Group's projects,  that we are now pleased to announce this partnership with Victor Marques.

In his free time Victor loves traveling with his family, going for walks, enjoying nature and always dedicates time on his personal development.

Francisco was born in Mozambique (Portuguese colony at the time) within a traditional Portuguese family.
In his early years he became very curious with how things worked and started to disassemble his battery toys to understand how they ticked. He came to Portugal due to the Civil war in Mozambique and later in life, already in High School he chosed for Electric Engineering. In 1994 he chosed the Algarve to build up his own company due to the warm climate being more similar to the one in his homeland (Mozambique). Pursuing development of tecnology he always was keen updating his technical knowledge, obviously searching for new methods and technologies. This made of him the expert in electrics he is nowadays, also knowing about industrial automation, solar energy (thermal and photovoltaic) and HVAC. He also experienced himself as teacher, transferring knowledge and field experience to the younger ones for about three years. Francisco is meanwhile nearly 20 years cooperating with the Gibson Group which showed our strong relationship through out all these years. 

Always active in sports he was Portuguese National Diving Champion in 1988.
Nowadays he fills his free time with coastal and water activities, either fishing, spear fishing, diving, camping, boat riding, etc.
Always in favor of the most in need, willing to share his knowledge and help others, he also joined the International Almancil Rotary Club, to give back to the society, not only help but also a portion of his luck.
